Unopened and Unused Items: We accept returns for unopened and unused tea products and teaware within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return
Description of the item(s) you wish to return
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Please include this number in your return package.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping:
